How the site visit worksWithin 24 hours of the photos or the site visit. For standard jobs (consumer unit, EV charger, cameras, a dedicated circuit) we quote from photos, without a visit. For new installations, solar panels and smart home, the quote follows an on-site visit.
Give us a call. We'll tell you honestly when we can come and what it will cost, before we set off. If the problem is in the consumer unit or a single circuit, we can often fix it on the spot if you send a photo of the board first.

Yes. Our electricians hold an electrical safety qualification, and the certificate number is written into the contract. We're liable for the installation for 24 months under the contract, and the test report is in the passport.
Always: a contract before we start and an invoice for everything. You pay by cash, card or bank transfer, whichever suits you. The terms are set out in the quote, so there are no surprises at sign-off.
Wired (PoE). One cable carries both power and video, doesn't depend on the router and doesn't ‘drop out’. Wi-Fi only where a cable can't go.
CCTVYes. Every system comes with a phone app: live view, playback and motion alerts. We set it up at handover, and the logins and passwords are recorded in the installation passport.
CCTVNo, up to 20 kW on a house or holiday home for your own use. The municipality and the grid operator need to be notified — we submit both notifications for you.
Solar panelsIt depends on your usage and whether there's a battery, so we don't promise a general figure. We calculate it for your property at the site visit, using your actual electricity bills. As a price guide: a hybrid system with a battery is €6,583–€6,705 including installation and paperwork.
Solar panelsYes, with a decision from the owners' general meeting and a separate meter or sub-metering. We can help with a template for the decision. For 7.4 kW you need 3×6 mm² cable and a type B RCD on a dedicated circuit — never a permanent connection through a Schuko socket.
