How the price is made upthree parts, always the same
Labour
In the quote it's priced per item, not per hour — you know the total before we start. The hourly rate of €30 only applies to fault-finding and small repairs.
Materials
With brands and quantities written into the quote — Schneider, Legrand, Dahua, Shelly. You can swap in your own; the warranty on those materials is then the manufacturer's.
Documents
The installation passport, the measurement report and the photos taken before screeding are included in every price. You don't pay for them separately.
Questions about prices
Why a range and not a single price?
Because walls, distances and the condition of the old wiring vary. The lower end is the standard case; the upper end allows for complications we can see in the photos or at the site visit. The quote has a single price.
Can it be cheaper if I supply the materials?
Yes — we also work with your own materials if they meet the standard. In that case the materials themselves are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and our warranty still covers the installation.
How do I pay?
For standard jobs — when you sign off the work. For large projects — a deposit for materials and the balance in stages, as set out in the contract.
Is there an emergency rate?
No separate rate: emergency work is charged at the hourly rate — €30 per hour, plus materials; clients with one of our installation passports get priority.
