CCTV that sees what it should — and nothing more.
For houses, villas, shops and warehouses. You watch from your phone, 30 days of footage stays with you, and the cameras stop at your property line. We leave you a plan showing every camera, cable and port — and the sign the law requires.

The first question isn't ‘how many cameras?’ but ‘what for?’
Tick what you need to see and the system puts itself together: what's needed, which package covers it and what it starts from. The camera count is a minimum — the exact number depends on your property. Distances follow EN 62676-4 for a 4 MP camera with a 4 mm lens.
Three different systems, not three prices for the same thing.
The difference isn't the number of cameras, it's the system: what cable it runs on, whether it sees in colour at night, whether it can tell a person from a car, whether it keeps recording in a power cut. Each column shows what it covers and what it doesn't. Tick what you need above and the columns re-order to match. Prices include installation and VAT; cable is a separate line, by the metre.

Your cameras watch your property. Not the street, not the neighbours.
In 2024 Bulgaria's data protection authority (CPDP) received 345 complaints about cameras, most often from neighbours. We set things up so that none of them is about you, and we document it in the passport.
- Masks in the camera itselfstreet, pavement, other people's gardens and doors: not recorded
- A sign at every entranceshowing who's recording, a contact and the purpose — before anyone comes into view
- Retention policy30 days, then the footage is deleted; sound is off by default
- General meeting templatefor a block of flats: a decision backed by owners of over 50% of the common parts
- Screenshot of the masks in the passportproof, if anyone asks
The cameras stop at your property line. The street and the neighbours are masked out, or the angle is changed.
A decision by the owners' general meeting, no other people's doors and no street. We help with the template.
Staff are told in advance. No cameras in toilets or break rooms. The footage isn't for staff appraisals.
This is a licensed activity. We install and hand over a system you monitor yourself; if needed, we put you in touch with a licensed company.
We change the factory passwords, update the firmware and don't open ports to the internet: you watch through the manufacturer's secure connection. Dahua and Hikvision are not banned in the EU; the US NDAA applies to US government procurement. From 2026, the EU Cyber Resilience Act requires manufacturers to keep providing updates for years ahead.
Not the number of cameras. The cable route, the walls and the distances.
That's why we ask about them before the quote, and each one is a separate line in it — not a surprise at the end.
Surface trunking €3/m, flexible conduit, chasing into plaster €7.20/m, trench with duct to a gate or pole €16.80/m. The metres are estimated from photos and confirmed at the site visit.
Drilled through to the load-bearing wall with long anchors and a mounting block, then sealed. Never wall plugs in the polystyrene.
A PoE extender, a PoE switch for long runs, or fibre with a media converter. Fibre also takes away a path for lightning.
Within 2 km of the sea: IP67 housings, stainless fixings, sealed joints. Camera on a pole or roof edge: surge protection at both ends.
We test the coax before we promise anything. HD cameras on old cable that's still sound are often a more honest, cheaper answer than replacing everything.
From a photo to the passport in one week.
The garden as seen from where the camera will go, the spot for the recorder, the façade along the cable route. Or a site visit from €15, deducted from the quote.
Three options built from real items: Budget, Standard, Premium. Cable by the metre, on a separate line. What's on the quote is what you pay.
One day for four cameras. We photograph the cable runs before closing them up and mask the street and the neighbours in the camera.
We show you the app, the alerts and the recordings. The sign is up and the passwords have been changed.
A sheet with the cameras, cables and masks. 24 months installation warranty, 12 months remote support.
Once we're done, you know where everything is.
One sheet of the installation passport is just for the CCTV. Five years on, when you sell the property or replace a camera, it's all on record.

Done, not promised.
Your villa, watched from anywhere.
Motion alerts, a live view of the gate, playback. Quotes, contracts and the passport in English and Russian, and photos from the site while you're away.
Price from €1,483 incl. VAT: four 4 MP Dahua cameras, a PoE recorder (NVR), 2 TB hard drive, installation and set-up on your phone. Cabling is extra, by the metre, usually €38–€94 per camera.
Wired (PoE). One cable carries both power and video, doesn't depend on the router and doesn't ‘drop out’. Wi-Fi only where a cable can't go — and we tell you why.
On a hard drive in the recorder at your property. 30 days, then it's overwritten. No cloud and no subscription, unless you want them.
Yes, through the app, from any network. We set it up during installation and show you how it works. Remote viewing needs about 1 Mbps of upload speed per camera.
No. The street and neighbouring properties are masked in the camera itself, not just promised. We set up the privacy masks during installation and keep a screenshot in the passport.
No, not for your own cameras without a security company. Only guarding with patrols needs a licence. If you want that, we'll put you in touch with a licensed firm.
First we ask what for: gate, front door, garden, garage. The cameras and lenses follow from that, not the other way round. At 8 m a face can be identified; at 16 m you can recognise someone you know.
Yes, with colour night-vision cameras. Hybrid models only switch on their white light when there's a person, so they don't bother the neighbours.
Four 4 MP cameras recording continuously fill about 3.4 TB in 30 days; with motion-only recording, 2 TB is enough for a quiet garden. We work it out for your cameras and recording mode, and we use drives designed for CCTV.
No. There's no ban in the EU; the US NDAA applies to US government procurement. What matters for you is something else: changed passwords, updated firmware and no open ports. We do this at handover and record it in the passport.
