Not an expensive system with a programmer on call. Smart modules and a Netatmo thermostat added to your existing wiring: lighting, blinds, heating and cooling, water heater and an alert when the power goes off — all from your phone, with no rewiring and no subscription.
06:30. The blinds go up by themselves, the water is hot on schedule, the heating is at 21°. The hallway and bathroom lights come on with motion.
Everything has a ‘from’ price — the device from our supplier’s catalogue, installation and setup. Click a row to see what’s included; ‘+’ adds it to your list. The exact figure comes in the quote within 24 hours, based on photos of your switches and consumer unit.
A gateway in a back box or in the consumer unit, and three modules behind your old switches — the switches stay, and the lights also come on from your phone. We set up the app with you — rooms, names, scenes — and leave you as the admin.
The little box that lets the switches and modules talk to your phone. In a back box next to the consumer unit or on a DIN rail inside it. One per home.
A module in the back box behind the switch: the switch stays and works, and the light also comes on from your phone and on a schedule. Want to switch it from a new spot as well? A battery-powered wireless switch sticks to the wall, no cable needed.
A dimmer module behind the switch: dims the light from the switch and from your phone, and can be part of scenes. For dimmable LEDs.
A two-position wireless switch by the door: ‘Going out’ turns everything off and turns the heating down, ‘Coming home’ brings back the evening scene.
A module in the motor box or behind the blinds switch. Up, down, stop — from the switch and from your phone; by the clock, at sunrise, all at once.
A Smarther 2 in place of the old thermostat: a day-by-day schedule, remote control, and you can see the temperature. For a boiler, convector heater or air conditioner with a thermostat input.
Netatmo smart valves on the radiators, with a relay to the boiler: each radiator gets its own temperature and schedule. Nothing on the boiler is touched apart from the relay.
One more Netatmo smart valve for the next radiator, in the same app.
A connected module for the water heater: runs it on a schedule and from your phone, and shows whether it’s on. The saving comes from it not heating all day.
A connected socket module: the appliance switches on from your phone and on a schedule, and you can see whether it’s on.
A meter in the consumer unit: how much the home uses by hour and by day, and when the peak is. It shows what the water heater schedule actually saves.
A small sensor on the floor under the washing machine, water heater or sink. An alert on your phone at the first sign of water — in its own app, separate from Netatmo.
A sensor on the front door, balcony door or a window. An alert on your phone when it opens — in its own app, separate from Netatmo. A siren and security — that’s an alarm system.
For your phone to tell you the power has gone off, the router has to stay alive — a small UPS for the router. An alert when the power goes off and when it comes back; we test it with you at installation.
What this figure means. A guide: the device at our supplier’s catalogue price incl. VAT, installation at €30 an hour, and setup. It isn’t a quote — the quote comes within 24 hours, from your photos. Outside Varna, a travel fee applies by zone.
That’s why we don’t chase walls or pull new cables. Three things need to be in place, and we can see them from your photo.
Honestly: your old switches can stay and work just as they do now; if you want a new look, the range is swapped for Living Now or Classia — that’s a separate line item. The app is Netatmo’s, with no subscription; you’re the admin, and we keep no access after handover.

For houses and flats on the coast that you’re not in all year round. Five things your phone does for you.
The thermostat goes up to 21° when you tell it to, or on a ‘before arrival’ schedule. The water heater works the same way.
thermostat · water heater on a scheduleThe heating holds a minimum so the pipes don’t freeze; the app shows you the temperature at home at any time.
thermostat · alertThe router sits on a small UPS so it can send the alert when the power goes off, and when it comes back. You don’t hear about it from the neighbour a week later. If you also fit an alarm system, its hub has a battery and a SIM card — then the alert comes through even without a UPS.
power cut alertUnder the water heater or washing machine. At the first sign of water — an alert; you can shut the water off remotely if there’s a motorised valve (extra).
leak sensorEverything off, heating at 8° — with one press of the switch by the door. No ‘did I leave the cooker on?’ on the way.
‘Leaving’ scene · switch by the doorA year on, nobody remembers which module is where. We leave you the list, the network diagram and the scenes written down — and you’re the admin.

No. The modules go into the back box behind your existing switch or into the consumer unit — the switch stays. No new cable and no chasing. From a photo we check two things: whether there's a neutral in the switch box (if not, we fit a switch that works without one) and whether the Wi‑Fi reaches the whole home. How it's done
At home, yes: the switches and modules talk to the gateway over your home network, and the schedules are stored on it. Without internet, the only things that stop working are control from your phone when you're away and notifications. No subscription and no monthly fee.
Yes. The module sits behind the switch, and the switch still turns the light on and off. If you want a switch somewhere new, we stick on a wireless one — no cable. You can keep the same range or change to Living Now / Classia — your choice, as a separate line in the quote.
KNX is the system for a new-build house with a design and a programmer — with a cable to every switch and a price several times higher. We install Netatmo (Legrand and bticino): into your existing wiring, no new cables, one app for switches, blinds and thermostat. We don't fit Shelly — we stick to one system that we know and support. For a new-build with a design — after a site visit.
Yes — Netatmo works with Apple Home, Google Home and Alexa. You get voice control — ‘turn off the living room’ — and scenes from your own phone, without a separate app, if you prefer.
Yes. The thermostat starts the heating on Thursday evening, so on Friday you arrive to a warm house; in winter it holds 8°C to stop things freezing. A leak sensor and a power-cut alert — so you know rather than guess. For the power-cut alert, the router runs on a small UPS. Holiday home
The switches talk to the gateway inside your home, and the app runs on your own account and password. We never leave ‘admin/admin’; you're the administrator, and we don't keep access after handover. If you like, we'll add a second family phone.
An ordinary home router is enough for a flat. For a two-storey house we check the coverage at the site visit; if a room has no signal, we add a second access point (charged separately).
24 months on the installation; devices are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (Legrand, bticino, Netatmo). Payment after installation and setup — always with a contract and an invoice.
