From photo to passport — step by step, no surprises.
Everything you’d otherwise ask on the phone is here: what you do, what we do, which document you get at each step, how long it takes and what happens if something changes.
You get a price
2 minutes · freeWhat you do
You choose the type of property, a rough number of points (sockets, light switches, lights) and whether the consumer unit is new or old. No sign-up.
What we do
The calculator works from our public prices — point €39–€83, consumer unit €372–€613, cameras, panels, chargers — and shows what’s included in the total.
What you get
A price range and a list of what’s included. It doesn’t commit you to anything.
If…
The price seems high.
The range includes materials. The quote lists every item separately, so you can remove or swap any of them.
My property isn't standard.
The calculator gives you a rough idea. Send us an enquiry and we'll tell you whether a site visit is needed.
You send an enquiry
reply during working hours · freeWhat you do
Photos or a short video through the form: the consumer unit with the cover off, the rooms with the points, the hallway (the cable route); for solar PV, the roof from two angles; for an EV charger, the spot and the distance to the consumer unit. Two sentences on what you’re after.
What we do
We look at the photos, ask if anything’s missing, and decide: a standard job gets a quote from the photos; new wiring, solar PV or an EV charger needs a site visit.
What you get
Confirmation with your request number and when to expect a reply. Your photos are kept with your request and nowhere else.
If…
I can't take good photos.
We come out for a site visit — €15, deducted from the quote.
It's urgent — the power's out.
Write ‘emergency’ in your request, or give us a call. We work during business hours by appointment and tell you the price before we set off.
You get a quote
within 24 hours of the photos or site visitWhat you do
You read through the items and ask about anything that’s unclear — by phone or by replying to the email.
What we do
A written quote: line items with quantities, brands (Schneider, Legrand, Dahua…), lead time, warranty. It spells out what isn’t included — e.g. plastering and painting after we’re done.
What you get
A fixed-price quote, valid for 14 days. The site visit, if there was one, is already deducted.
If…
I'd like a different brand or a cheaper option.
We recalculate and send you options — in writing, as always.
I want to add something after accepting the quote.
We add an addendum to the quote with the price and timeframe. We only start on it once you say yes.
The site is a long way from Varna.
The travel fee is set by zone from Varna — one flat amount per visit, no counting kilometres. It's in the quote up front.
You book a date
1 dayWhat you do
You pick a day and time from the calendar for your zone. You give us access to the consumer unit and the rooms — and, for solar PV, the roof.
What we do
We confirm by SMS and email and remind you the day before. For larger jobs we draw up a contract and a stage-by-stage schedule.
What you get
A date and time, not ‘we’ll give you a call’. For jobs over a certain amount, a contract and invoice before we start.
If…
I need to postpone.
Just let us know; there's no charge up to 48 hours before the date.
How do I pay?
A deposit when you place the order, the balance when you sign off the work — cash, card or bank transfer. Always with a contract and an invoice.
We do the work
from a few hours to a few weeks — the timescale is in the quoteWhat you do
Nothing much — just someone to let us in. We’ll ask you before any decision that changes the quote.
What we do
We work to the plan in the quote. We switch off the power, make the area safe, run the cables, and before we close up any wall or ceiling we photograph every run. At the end we test with a calibrated instrument: insulation, earth rod, loop impedance, RCD protection, PE continuity. We clean up after ourselves.
What you get
Photos before the screed and the test report — both go into the passport.
If…
You find a problem inside the wall — old aluminium wiring, damaged insulation.
We stop at that point, take photos and send you a written proposal with a price. We carry on once you say yes.
You're running late.
We let you know straight away and offer a new date.
Handover and passport
at handover · 24 months warrantyWhat you do
We go through the work together; you sign the handover report and receive the passport.
What we do
We put together the installation passport: a dimensioned plan of where every cable runs, the board schedule, the photos before the screed, the test report. A QR sticker goes inside the consumer unit.
What you get
The passport — on paper and in your account, for good. 24 months installation warranty.
If…
What does the warranty cover?
Installation, connections and settings. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. It doesn't cover interference by others, water, lightning where no protection is fitted, or changes made by another contractor.
How do I make a claim?
A photo of the sticker in the consumer unit and a couple of sentences on what's wrong — via the form or by phone.
And after the warranty ends?
We keep maintaining the installation at price-list rates; the passport stays in your account.
See them before you call.
Ready for the first step?
Two minutes for a price, one day for a date. The rest is our job.
